Globe Telecommunication, a big telecom firm in the Philippines had already signified to carry iPhone in the Philippines. Globe Company signed an agreement with Apple for this particular project.

Globe has 21.3 million mobile subscribers as of March 2008. This huge number of mobile subscriber and still growing pushed globe to add new services like this new project to carry iPhone in the Philippines.With the announcement made by Globe telecom to carry iPhone in the Philippines, this will certain increase the sales of Apple iPhone.

This new service of Globe to carry iPhone in the Philippines will be available by September this year. On the other hand, Singtel, a telelcom company in Singapore will carry iPhone in Singapore.

IPhone is a combination of music player and phone with touch screen features. It allows you to call using the very soft keyboard. iPhone has SMS application that can easily send and receive messages in multiple sessions.
